WCA Delegate is a representative of the international body that regulates the sport of speedcubing twisty puzzles. They are resposible for ensuring that WCA Rules & Regulations are followed and abide to. A competition can only be declared official if a delegate is present to regulate the event.
Philippines has now three (3) delegates vested by the WCA Board of Officials and they are as follows:
